1. Entrance to Serbia
1.1. Do I need a visa to enter Republic of Serbia?

1.2. Do I need an invitation letter for the visa application process?
We can issue a supportive letter for the authors of accepted papers. Please, register yourself for the conference and contact Prof. Ivan Luković (ivan.lukovic@fon.bg.ac.rs) if you need the supportive letter.
Let us remind you that the supportive letter cannot be considered as an Invitation Letter according to Article 27 of the Immigration Law of the Republic of Serbia ('Sl. glasnik RS', No. 24/2018, 31/2019 and 62/2023). By paying the conference registration fee, you will be granted a right to participate in the whole conference program, including lunches, dinners, and social events included in the conference program. You are required to provide by yourself enough resources for your accommodation, health insurance, and all other expenses during your stay in the Republic of Serbia.
1.3. Can I apply for visa for entering the Republic of Serbia online?
Yes. Please, visit https://evisa.welcometoserbia.gov.rs/. Also, you can visit the appropriate consular department of Republic of Serbia.

2. About FedCSIS
2.1. Is FedCSIS a hyprid or virtual event?
FedCSIS is not a hybrid or virtual event. FedCSIS is a conference that strictly undertakes a physical presence. We believe that the "remote" conferences are significantly below the quality and we strive to reach a respectable level of visibility and recognition in the academic world. Therefore, we do not consider remote presentations, apart from very few special and unavoidable cases (illnesses, disability, or similar).
2.2. Can I extend my paper in terms of the No. of pages limit, or upgrade it to a "higher" category, e.g. from the short to full?
The conference rules about the paper acceptance status and extra pages are clearly stated at the conference site. The paper cannot be upgraded from one to the other category of acceptance. The policy for page limits and extra pages are clearly stated at:

and could not be avoided in any way.
